What the app does
My Little Black Tat Book organizes contacts, authorized contact and message exports, relationship notes, follow-ups, photos, portfolios and optional wait-list submissions. It does not guarantee appointments, message delivery, imported-data accuracy or business results, and it does not connect directly to social inboxes. Review imported details and message drafts before using them.
Membership, renewal & cancellation
New memberships include a 7-day free trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the selected plan begins automatically: $4.99 USD per week or $155.69 USD per year, billed in one yearly payment. The yearly price is 40% less than 52 weekly payments at the current weekly rate. Use Account & Billing to update payment details or cancel. A normal cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then.
Referrals
Members may share a personal referral link. One free week is earned when a referred friend becomes a paying member after their trial. Credits apply to future membership charges, have no cash value, and may be limited or withdrawn for duplicate, fraudulent or self-referrals.
Founding Member support
Members may optionally make a one-time contribution to support continued development of the project. A qualifying contribution marks that account as a Founding Member. These payments are voluntary project support, are not charitable donations, are not represented as tax-deductible, and do not purchase ownership, equity or control of the service.
Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid a future charge. Deleting your account cancels immediately, ends access immediately and does not create a prorated refund. Stripe may retain billing records under its own legal obligations.
Your responsibilities
Only import, store and share records you are authorized to use. Obtain any permission required before contacting people, honor requests to stop and keep your login private. Do not upload payment-card data, government identification or sensitive medical information. Keep your own exports and originals of important files.
Information stored
The app stores account names, email addresses, hashed passwords, sessions, imported contact details and message excerpts, relationship notes and status, reminders, photos, gallery settings, sharing tokens, wait-list entries, import summaries and identity corrections. Local preferences, drafts and messaging progress may also be stored on your device for your signed-in account.
How information is used and protected
Information is used to provide the private address book, imports, search, relationship memory, galleries, sharing and billing. Floot hosts the app and database. Stripe processes live checkout and billing; the app does not receive full card numbers. Each member’s normal app access is restricted to their own book. The service owner and hosting providers may have limited administrative access when needed for operation, security and troubleshooting.
Sharing and public links
Private notes, relationship history, reminders, deposits and imported conversations are not included in ordinary contact cards by default. You choose fields before creating a shared card. Anyone with an active contact-card, wait-list or gallery link may view the information approved for that link and may save a copy. Revoke links you no longer want active; copies already saved by another person cannot be recalled.
Exports, deletion & retention
You can export or delete your account through Your data, including after subscription access ends. Deletion removes account records from the active app database and invalidates its public links. Provider backups, Stripe records and copies previously downloaded or shared may remain under separate retention practices. A wait-list participant should contact the person or business whose list they joined to request removal or stop messages.
Service changes
Features may change as the service improves. Material changes to price or these terms will be presented before they take effect where required. Continued use after an effective change means acceptance of the updated terms. The service may be suspended for abuse, unlawful use, security risk or unpaid membership.
