Terms of Service
What the service is — and isn't
The app organizes contacts, authorized message and contact exports, relationship notes, follow-ups, reminders, photos, a portfolio and optional public wait-list signups. It does not guarantee appointments, does not guarantee message delivery, and does not send anything on your behalf automatically. It is not a social network, not a public client database, and not a lead marketplace.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your responsibilities
Only import, store and share records you are authorized to use. Get any permission required before contacting people, honor requests to stop, and review imported details and message drafts before relying on them or sending them yourself. Do not upload payment-card data, government identification or sensitive medical information.
Membership, trial, renewal & cancellation
New memberships include a 7-day free trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the selected plan begins automatically at $4.99 USD per week or $155.69 USD per year, billed as one yearly payment. Manage or cancel your plan any time in Account & Billing. A normal cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then.
Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid a future charge. Deleting your account cancels access immediately and does not create a prorated refund.
Acceptable use
Access may be suspended or terminated for abuse, unlawful use, security risk to the service or other users, or unpaid membership. Do not use the service to harass, stalk or contact people who have asked not to be contacted.
Third-party services you may connect
The app can optionally connect to services you choose to use:
- Floot — hosts the application and database.
- Stripe — processes billing; the app does not receive full card numbers.
- Microsoft — an optional connection for mail, calendar or drive, if you choose to link it.
- Square — an optional connection to sync customers or bookings, if you choose to link it.
- TikTok — an optional connection to your TikTok account so you can send a video you choose to your own TikTok drafts. If you connect TikTok, you must comply with TikTok's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and you may only upload content you have the rights to use.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it reliable, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that imported data will be complete or accurate. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed appointments, messages, or business outcomes.
Changes
Features may change as the service improves. Material changes to price or these terms will be presented before they take effect where required. Continued use after an effective change means acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA.
